Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

Pick up from place of residence, meet your driver and start the drive to Murchison Falls National Park. From Kampala, you will have your first stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Tracking. Here you will find both black and white Rhinos that you will track along with a guide. After Rhino tracking, have lunch and proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. Check into the park and continue to visit the top of the falls. At the top of the falls, you enjoy breathtaking sights of the falls as you see about 300 – 400 cubic meters of water force through a 7 meters gorge then plunge 42 meters below. This is an incredible sight with great picture opportunity.

After the visit to the top of the falls, continue with a drive to your hotel, check in dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive, afternoon boat cruise

From hotel, go for a morning game drive to the park where you will be able to sight as many animals as possible such as Lions, Elephants Buffalos, Giraffes, antelopes, waterbucks, warthogs, jackals and birds.

After the game drive, return to the lodge, refresh and have lunch as you prepare for the afternoon boat cruise. The boat cruise down to the bottom of the Murchison Falls takes about 2-3 hours, you will be able to see various animals including crocodiles, hippos, elephants, buffalos along the banks of the River Nile. You can also spot some bird species such as the bee eaters, kingfisher, and shoe billed stork.

After the boat cruise, transfer back to the lodge, have dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Travel back to Kampala

On the last day of your trip, go for a morning game drive in search of more wildlife before exiting the park for a return drive to Kampala. You will have lunch en route before returning to Kampala. Drop off at agreed point either in Kampala or Entebbe.
